General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cv7 ("cv7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the cv7 website located at https://cv7.club and all related sub-pages, services, games, and betting markets made available through that domain. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version of this document and any translation or summary, the English text shall prevail. The Platform is operated in English and all formal communications, account notices, and support interactions are conducted in English.
cv7 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for users in jurisdictions where online betting and casino gaming is prohibited by local law. It is the sole responsibility of each user to verify that their use of the cv7 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet. cv7 makes no representation that the services offered through the Platform are available or legal in all locations from which they may be accessed.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active cv7 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and on every occasion you access the Platform.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of cv7 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the cv7 Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by statute or court order.
- You are the sole holder of, and have full legal authority over, the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.
cv7 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any user at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to supply satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by the cv7 support team will result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage user will be voided and any deposits made by that user will be returned, net of any bonuses claimed.
Account Registration and Security
Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the cv7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. cv7 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate account creation.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify the cv7 support team promptly if any of your registered details change, including your contact phone number, email address, or primary payment method. cv7 is not responsible for any failure to deliver account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, or promotional communications caused by inaccurate contact details held on your account.
cv7 recommends that all users enable any available two-factor authentication or login notification features. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the cv7 live support team immediately via your account dashboard. cv7 will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation period.
- One account per user — duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without notice.
- All registration information must be truthful and kept up to date at all times.
- Login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and never shared.
- cv7 may conduct enhanced due diligence verification checks on any account at any time.
- Account verification documents must be submitted within 7 days of a formal request from cv7.
- Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure per cv7's inactivity policy in force at that time.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
All transactions on the cv7 Platform are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv7 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Users bear sole responsibility for any currency conversion costs imposed by their own payment service provider in the event that their nominated account or wallet is held in a currency other than BDT.
cv7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits via mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your cv7 account wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within 1 to 4 hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests submitted to cv7 are subject to identity verification checks. For first-time withdrawals and for withdrawal amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds, users may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID) and confirmation of ownership of the nominated payment method. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the user has submitted a formal payment method change request supported by identity documentation.
- cv7 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals via approved mobile wallet channels. The user's own payment provider may charge standard transfer fees independently.
- Withdrawal requests may be queued during periods of high transaction volume. cv7 will communicate any unusual processing delays via the account dashboard notification system.
- cv7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require enhanced verification, including withdrawals of unusually large amounts relative to the account's typical activity.
Betting and Casino Game Rules
All bets placed on cv7 cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and all other sports and event markets available on the Platform — are subject to the specific market rules published alongside each market at the time of placement. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable market rules before placing any bet. In the event of ambiguity between a market description and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific market rules shall take precedence for that market.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the cv7 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. Bet confirmations are displayed on-screen and recorded in your account bet history. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly recorded, you must contact the cv7 support team within 24 hours of the bet being placed. cv7 will not entertain disputes in respect of bets placed more than 24 hours prior to the complaint being raised.
For live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, the rules governing each specific game — including minimum and maximum bet limits, side bet rules, payout tables, and game-variant-specific procedures — are the rules published by the relevant game provider. These rules are accessible from within the game interface. cv7 is the platform operator and is not responsible for the game rules set by third-party providers, though it holds all game providers to independent certification standards.
- Minimum bet on cricket markets: ৳50. Maximum bet: subject to market-specific limits displayed at time of placement.
- Live casino table minimum bets start from ৳50 per round and vary by table and game variant.
- Slots and RNG games have individual stake limits published within each game's paytable and rules screen.
- Fishing game credits are denominated in BDT and minimum stakes vary by game title and fish type.
- cv7 reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events.
- Winnings from all game types are credited to the user's cv7 account wallet in BDT immediately upon result confirmation.
Bonuses and Promotions
cv7 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal promotional credits to eligible users from time to time. Each promotional offer is governed by specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, and expiry dates — published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These general Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any offer-specific terms.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, as specified in the offer terms) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total wagered amount, not on net winnings or losses. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — cricket betting and sports markets typically contribute at a different rate than live casino or slots. The applicable contribution rates are published within each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to the user's bonus wallet, separate from the main BDT cash wallet.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after meeting the applicable wagering requirement) are eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonus offers are available to eligible users only. cv7 reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion at its sole discretion.
- Bonus expiry dates are enforced strictly. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
- cv7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure
Users of the cv7 Platform are required to conduct themselves lawfully, fairly, and in good faith at all times. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where confirmed, permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances:
- Registering more than one account on the cv7 Platform, whether under the same or different identity, contact, or payment details.
- Using software tools, automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the cv7 Platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage over other users or circumvents Platform security measures.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to place bets or make withdrawals at incorrect values. Users who become aware of any error must cease activity and notify cv7 support immediately.
- Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or share strategies designed to systematically defeat the house edge in live casino games.
- Placing bets on events whose outcomes are already known to the user through insider information, match-fixing participation, or any other form of dishonest advance knowledge.
- Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the cv7 Platform as a vehicle for processing funds derived from illegal activity.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with the cv7 support team.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the cv7 support team or any other user of the Platform.
cv7 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and is not obliged to provide detailed reasoning for a closure decision where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation. Upon account closure for cause, cv7 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit that balance in full.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv7 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the user's access to or use of the cv7 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
cv7 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cv7 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability — particularly during high-traffic events such as BPL match days and major T20 World Cup fixtures — cv7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may occur and may temporarily affect access to some or all Platform features.
In the event of a technical failure that results in a bet being placed at an incorrect price, a game round producing an erroneous outcome, or a transaction being processed incorrectly, cv7 reserves the right to correct the error retroactively. This may include voiding affected bets, reversing incorrectly processed transactions, or adjusting account balances to reflect the correct position. cv7 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users of any material retroactive correction.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which cv7 is operated. Users agree that any dispute with cv7 shall first be addressed through the cv7 formal complaints procedure, initiated by contacting the support team at [email protected], before any other avenue is pursued.
- cv7 is not responsible for internet connectivity failures on the user's end that cause a live bet or casino round to be interrupted.
- cv7 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by the user's mobile wallet provider or bank.
- Third-party game providers operate under their own terms and certification standards; cv7 is not liable for provider-side technical failures beyond its operational control.
- cv7 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
